Returns & Exchanges

Return/exchange can be received within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, and the product must be sent including all contents as in the same condition when it is received.

Return Method

After you log in to the homepage, you must click on "Request Return" on the left side of the order information - Order Status and register for a return.

Returns will be accepted through the Q&A bulletin board, and if you write an article with the title of "Return", including the order number, return product name, and reason, the staff will check and inform you quickly.

※ Returns are not possible unless there is a return reception or the request is approved by the staff in charge.

Exchange method

After you log in to the homepage, you must click on Order Information - Request Return on the left side of the order status, and then register for an exchange.

Exchange reception will be carried out through the Q&A bulletin board, and if you write an article with the title of 'Exchange', including the order number, exchange product name, and reason, the staff in charge will check and inform you quickly.

※ If there is no exchange reception or the request is approved by the staff in charge, the exchange is not possible.

No returns/exchanges

- Products shipped after the deadline or without prior application

- If there is no acceptance of the application

- In the case of damage, washing, etc. due to carelessness

- In the case of removal or damage to components such as tags or labels of products

- If there is a trace of use or if it is not available for sale

The return/exchange above is not possible, so we will return it.

The following items are not considered defective or defective.

- In case of individual dissatisfaction with the finishing and color, size, etc. of the product- In the case of wrinkles in the product that occurred during delivery

- In case of damage to wrapping paper that occurred during delivery

The shipping cost for return/exchange due to product defect or our fault is fully covered by '동은ㅣdongeun'.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

재고 보유 상품은 당일 출고 가능하며, make to order  또는 pre-order 상품은 상품에 따라 상이하지만 평균 7-10일 이내 출고 목표로 하고 있습니다. (주말, 공휴일 제외) 

배송비 -  3,500 원 / 59,000 원 이상 구매 시 무료 (제주 및 도서산간 지역은 추가 배송비 발생합니다.)

배송은 택배사 영업일을 기준으로 진행 됩니다.

Q&A 게시판에 '교환' 제목과 함께 교환 상품과 사유를 입력해주시면 확인 후 연락드리겠습니다.

환불

홈페이지 로그인하신 후,  주문 정보 - 주문 상태란 왼쪽 편의 ' 반품 요청 ' 을 클릭하시면 됩니다.

* 교환/환불 접수은 상품 수령일 기준 5일 이내 가능하며,  배송 기준 7일 이내 상품이 동은에 도착하여야 진행됩니다. 

* 제품은 수령했을 시 상태와 동일하게 보내주시기 부탁드립니다.

*교환/환불 불가 

- 기한이 지난 후 또는 사전 접수 없이 발송한 상품

- 부주의로 인한 손상, 세탁 등의 경우

- 상품의 택,  라벨이 제거 혹은 훼손의 경우

- 사용한 흔적이 있거나 판매 불가 상태의 경우

위와 같은 교환/환불은 불가하여 반송 처리합니다.

* 단순 변심 등 색상 및 사이즈 교환의 경우 배송비 편도 3,500원 또는 최초 배송비 무료인 경우 왕복 배송비 7,000원이 부담하셔야 합니다. (제주 및 도서산간 지역은 추가 배송비 발생합니다.)

* 배송비의 경우 환불금에서 차감됩니다.

* 출고 예정 연락을 받으신 후에는 상품  회수가 어려워 주문취소 또는 교환 /환불 접수가 불가하며,  추후 상품을 받으신 후 교환 /환불  절차를 진행 부탁드립니다.

* 상품 하자로 인한 교환/환불 배송비는 'dongeun  l 동은' 에서 전액 부담합니다.
